Joel is a senior capital markets and structured finance advisor with over 20 years of experience designing, executing and innovating debt equity-linked and asset-backed structures across the Caribbean. He has originated and led more than US $750M in capital market transactions for sovereign, financial institutions and corporate clients while holding senior roles at RBC Merchant Bank (Caribbean), Guardian Group and CIBC Caribbean. His work focuses on market deepening, liquidity enhancement and the development of credible investment products suited to small and emerging markets, particularly Trinidad and Tobago.
